Meet Meredith
Meredith Moyers is a Registered Dietitian and holds a specialty certificate in sports nutrition. An avid biker, swimmer, and runner, Meredith is a regular on the triathlon scene in the greater triangle area. Knowing how important nutrition is to physical performance, Meredith opened Endurance Nutrition to help counsel fellow athletes. Prior to Endurance Nutrition, Meredith gained experience working as a wellness dietitian for a local gym.

Endurance Nutrition is dedicated to promoting nutrition practices that enhance endurance sports performance by translating the latest scientific evidence into sports nutrition recommendations to empower competitive and recreational athletes to achieve and maintain optimal nutritional status. We provide nutrition counseling to endurance athletes of any age that will optimize their performance and recovery. Not only do we offer one on one counseling sessions, we also are available for group sessions with teams and author weekly/monthly newsletters you can subscribe to.
